Absolutely no point in having this app as it will not allow you to log into it. When you enter your login details it just shows a page saying they are upgrading the app, with a button underneath to log into the main website. I thought maybe it needed updating but it had one in Jan 2024 and there's no new update. Will look into changing energy supplier over this and hopefully find a company whose app actually works.

I just keep getting an error saying "Sorry there was a problem logging you in" and nothing else my only option is to log out and then log in again to the same error? very frustrating

App has recently stopped working. You log in then get a message saying "just one more thing..." After five mins of waiting it gets boring!! Waste of time!
