Poor. Haphazard updating, not regular. Not sure of my balance, always having to pay more to be sure of being in credit. Was in arrears for the first time ever a few days ago. Had to get updated twice last week. Never had a problem with dumb meters. Still no better. Balance unchanged on app & so called "smart" meter for days. Expect to be disconnected anytime, because I can't be sure of what I owe or if I'm in credit.

How about a notification when my electricity is low? Simple surely? But no. Of little use and less informative than before. Worse still, I keep getting signed out. Even worse still, setting up and changing scheduled payments isn't just turn on/off and requires inputting card details every time - it doesn't even auto-fill! There's nothing good about this app.

Seriously, sort it out, my app hasnt updated since 22nd april, its now 6th may. Not a fan of the new app, this seems to be a running theme with most customers. Dont like not being able to check daily usage, dont like the split fuel system, loved the old system with the winter wallet option and you really should think about bringing that back, it was a massive help at the start of winter. If you actually do listen to your customers then maybe its time to make changes to the set up.
