I am so frustrated with this app! My downloads keep disappearing: an obscure and quite irritating message says that "It's impossible to play this track". After I re-download the tracks, perhaps I have one or two successful plays, then the tracks disappear again. This has been happening for months now, but it's getting worse. Now, they will add a comment say that I should contact customer service. Well, I did already. They told me that some from tech support will reach out, and they never did.

I've had this app since 2019 and I've had.my rating at 5 stars until recently. With the mist recent update my favorites playlist has disappeared. This is the playlist I use the most which includes songs I listen to most often from different genres. This is very important to me. I probably won't keep the app if this issue isn't resolved in a timely manner.

Oh my gosh, you guys added infinite scroll to playlists. I no longer have to scroll to the bottom 6 times and expand it 6 times to shuffle an entire large list :) I also have Amazon Music (working on moving my playlists over); it's the glitchiest app I've ever used - crashes constantly and is consistently capricious on whether it's going to let you remove a song from a playlist on the 1st try. When adding to a list from a tracklist or the player page, 2 completely different interfaces. It's bad
