UPDATE: Biometric authentication no longer works on my Galaxy S9. I've followed the steps to turn it back on since the last update. The settings show it on. Yet when I reopen the app, it pops up the window telling me how to turn it on. On top of that, navigating the settings menu is frustrating. There's no way to back up a single menu step. Original: This used to be a decent app other than being slow. Now, the mobile deposit stopped working. Updated, but it still didn't fix the issue.

Worked fine for 2 years, then suddenly stopped. Within one week of Red Canoe's latest upgrade, this app stopped working. I've waited a month to see if they update and fix the issues, but of course not. When I try to open the app it asks if I'm using at least Android version 4.1, and my device is running on 5.2. No reason for it to refuse to load, but it won't.

I used to be able to deposit my checks but I've tried over 10 times to deposit one check and it won't anymore! Before the update, it was incredibly easy to deposit, but now I can't! I did the automated, non-autonmated with different lighting on different surfaces, and other methods. I even had white printer paper as a background and it still wouldn't take it! I plan to go into the bank Monday and let them know.
