The app was a 3/5 while ordering, then I got to my local Rubios and discovered all online orders had not been made. Long story short, I had to get a refund (which sucks because I really wanted that burrito) and drive through a faster place. I wish the app was integrated with Google Pay so I can avoid storing my credit card in yet another app. I wish I could say "light" or "extra" in addition to "all" or "none." It makes a difference. Maybe this will come in a later version. (see Panera)

I don't go to Rubio's enough because the prices are so high, so my points all got removed and I never got to use them. There are never any good offers in the app unless you have a whole family to buy for. So, I'm deleting the app and not going back to Rubio's. My friends and I decided if we're going to pay that much for a single meal, we'll go to an actual restaurant and eat instead. If the app didn't take so long to accumulate points and there were better offers, I might give it a chance again.

I ordered delivery thru the app. They missed an item from my order. When I called the store, they told me they randomly choose a third party (Grub hub, etc) and they couldn't tell me which service delivered my food. My only option was to come pick up the forgotten item myself, totally negating the benefit of ordering delivery. Zero accountability from Rubio's on fixing this mistake. You are better off ordering thru a third party directly, at least they would fix it themselves.
