This App provides ease to general public in lodging complaints against Banks/MFBs/DFIs with the relevant forum/entities as per applicable laws and regulations. The App will be accessible round the clock and available at Google play store. Consumers may download the app and lodge complaints for Roshan Digital Accounts & General Banking through their mobile App. For lodging a complaint, the consumers need to register themselves at the portal through their personal details like mobile number, CNIC, email address, etc.

A wonderful experience I have with this app. I have an issue with my bank regarding Raast ID, I have complained to bank couple of times but instead of resolving my issue they used to make false claims, Now I used sunwai app for my issue, and it resolved the very next day. Many thanks.

Don't know how SBP responses to my complain,sign up n launch a complain, since then unable to log in again, every time server error message appear that says try again after some time. update register my complaint on17 Oct, when ll SBP response? update 1 Nov GHANTA 💪response from SBP since 17 Oct,its useless!

A Frustrating Experience with SBP's Complaint Registration App I recently tried to use the new app introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan (Sunwai) to register a complaint, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The app seems to be more of a hindrance than a help. the app is very temperamental – I struggled to receive OTPs on multiple occasions, which made it impossible to proceed.
