I booked for a pickup for food to be taken to a client and the rider never showed up meanwhile money was deducted from my momo account. I made a complaint for refund for non-service and over 2 weeks I've not been reimbursed. I've wasted airtime for follow ups but still no refund plus I lost a client because the food ordered was never picked up.

It's not been useful. In cases where the app says there are no restaurants in my area, it shows restaurants in East Legon area as the closest one. Regardless of where I am it's always restaurants in legon, thats very unrealistic

This app makes delivery way easier and less stressful than it is. They keep improving too. Has been really helpful.
