Love the Skipton app. I'm only a saver not a mortgage customer. Have been using for a couple of years. I get that some stuff such as recurring payments, payee related stuff needs to be done on the web. For the basic day-to-day tasks and info, it saves me firing up the laptop. Works for me.

Wendy at Skipton Head Office has today given absolutely excellent customer service. she was extremely knowledgeable, polite and very patient. it took a long while to sort out our problem but she persevered and it worked out well. Thank you Wendy.

Hi just updated the app around the 12 April and now it won't start at all. When you try to start it it says that app keeps stopping. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app but it still won't start. I think there is a serious issue with this app now and it's now unworkable. App version 2.5.5
