It is light-years in the future and alien invaders are scorching the earth with vastly superior forces. Humanity's only hope is the Astroforce NSI Squadron - an elite unit of starfighters built with captured enemy technology. Move fast and blast away! Collect power-ups and deliver staggering amounts of firepower in this space shmup loaded with intense and endless arcade action!
Do you remember playing arcade games such as Space Invaders or Galaga? Astroforce Uchūsentai is a vertical and fast-paced fixed shoot'em up in the tradition of the arcade classics... but on STEROIDS! Fight endless waves of enemy ships, fly through a rain of bullets and take on challenging boss battles. Increase your firepower by collecting Victory Points and use them to activate and upgrade heavy weaponry! Time your shots and cancel enemy bullets for maximum rewards! Pretty good, but I dont dig that the enemy appear instantly after clearing a wave, and they are right on top of you. No room to maneuver, and no chance to grab the power ups which are always buried in a hail of enemy fire!

Thanks for your review Sharkus! I just released version 1.10 where I delayed the waves and also added flashing warning signs when enemies appear from above. Would that solve the issue you mentioned? If it does, a higher star rating from you would be awesome! Thanks again for your help 😊

great little shmup with modernised inspiration from space invader and galaga! lots of missions, power up variety and boss fights. the ads aren't invasive at all: you choose to get one if you want to continue from a game over only.

An excellent retro style shooter. Good graphics and sound... Well worth a download. Ads appear to be optional... definitely not intrusive. Thank you developers...great work. Extra star added for friendly feedback from the developer...and the game's worth it anyway!
