Ratings and reviews

App won't work on any of my devices keeps saying no network connection this hasn't improved since the last time I installed it. Hasn't backed since April. I have tried the backup button it registers that it backs up but it doesn't work also can't do things like play music from the app etc. Update, every time i try to use the app it has logged me out and won't remember my password. BT Community will not let me log in. Every time I enter my password the end of my username disappears

I can't download my files to a new pc. The directories download but they are empty. I don't want to download all the files by themselves as will lose all the directory structures. On the app, I can't search by artist on the app, lots of the screenshots on the Web suggest you can but I don't have a search option. Once I have managed to get all my files back out of the BT cloud, I won't be using it again, which is a shame as it has the potential to be great.

Two step verification needs to be looked at. If you are not tech savvy and you need to find the message it sends you with the two step verification pin code you may need to navigate away from the app to find the sms. Once you then click back on the app it starts the process again. BT needs to look into this. Whilst it is no issue for myself others may struggle when toggling between applications
