The worst app. Not at all user friendly. Unnecessary strong security for login. Weird user name which is difficult to remember. Additionally OTP ! Gets logged off within few minutes of inactivity. Not at all easy to find the current prices. Can't see portfolio value on weekends. Also, can't see the buying price of the shares. What's the use if I can't see whether the share is in profit or loss?? Why have you even made this app?? This is absolutely trash.

At times when different DMAT platforms try to provide an easy to use apps to its user, there IDBI DIRECT fails miserably. Doesn't show the portfolio in a manner it must show....it's difficult to find one's average buying cost to compare with present market value, which is other wise available on the web version of idbi. There should be an option to give " negative * rating" Disappointed ☹️

One of the worst trading app and web platform. IPO application process worst in the Banking industry. While logging in prompts to unlock account. When we try to unlock account and it again and again makes you change the password but doesn't let you login. Least facilities in such an ever evolving digital system. On top of that no help from customer care.
