Ratings and reviews

Not being able to use biometrics or save your password makes it difficult and time-consuming to use. Frequent reauthentication of the device is annoying. Just let me access my account already. Accounts don't get updated consistently, so it's impossible to know your exact balance at any given time.

Update: on a phone call with client services, they guided me to my web-based account, and I was temporarily able to log in to my account via the app. A few weeks later, I am again unable to log in to the app. I tried repeating the steps on the website, but couldn't make it work. This isn't worth it.

Trouble logging in. The app log in times out when I try to read the second level authentication text message. I only leave the app for less than 5 seconds to read the code and ALWAYS it had timed out back to the log in screen. Unusable on your phone. Works on other devices that are not associated with the second level authentication.
