App is easy to use. A doctor has always called me back within 20 minutes. Always pleasant and helpful. Well worth the $10 a month outta my paycheck to use this service. Glad my employer offers this!

This app is awful compared to teledoc which I used to have. My insurance forces this on us now and the mental health is mostly useless because you cannot view doctors, or request the same one again. Its always glitching and telling me "i dont exist" as a person on the account. Most of the doctors dont listen that I am autoimmune and need certain meds or doses when I sick. You cant view or edit things in the app. Only the account holder can do certain things and it doesnt always work.

Great concept. Earlier version was better. Paid when I called, not billed. My wife set up an account first so when I need them they call her phone instead of mine for some reason. I've called and had it fixed or so I thought but so far they still call her when I submit a request. When they say they're going to send you a doctor's note you have to call back in and chase it down. I've also had to call back to get the prescriptions sent in. Fix these issues and this will be a great service.
