I registered with this horrendous company. Made a single test transfer of £25 to MYSELF. A week passed and I didn't receive the money. Spoke to them in LiveChat where I was told I have to EMAIL to get a refund. I emailed and they said they'd get back to me within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks. I emailed them again and they said that they will let me know when they have an update. An update on my money? At this point this company is a scam. I would give less than a star if I could. Imbeciles.

It has improved a little bit more, it should be more clear when the money is delivered, clear confirmation.

The app is not mobile friendly. It is difficult to see all the margins of the app. unable to read all writings on the pages.
