For several months, I have been unable to register my device. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the application, the registration process remains unsuccessful. The system continuously displays a "Please wait" message, hindering my progress for an extended period. This persistent issue has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter.

Whatever they attempted to do in hopes of "upgrading" the app several weeks ago has caused more problems for users! When the site went down, it unregistered my device and I've made countless attempts to correct this! I've waited on chat, then I was told someone would call me to resolve mistake. No one has! This 'otp' encryption system isn't working! Fix it!

Why is the last update in December 2022 when there have been so many issues prior and have increased since 2023? I haven't been able to use biometrics ever since they forced me to change my password. I haven't been able to pay any bills online(NHT being most significant) and I cannot add any new recipients to my contacts because the app doesn't have the option to and when I try it in browser, the app doesn't work as the 2 factor to authenticate. CRITICAL ISSUES!!!
