Update: it has now been over two weeks without a response. The app is unusable because the in-app purchase to acquire the license is broken, and the developer is just collecting money for nothing. The app worked... Only for 7 days. I purchased the lifetime license to use on two devices, and it refuses to activate. Their support has been non-responsive for about a week now, despite the developer's site saying "we'll get back to you in 48 hours for license issues.".

Bought it after the free trial and it immediately broke, got logged out on one phone and now I can't login anymore it just says "oops something went wrong, please try again", which is a useless error message, was there a server issue? Client issue? Should I contact support? Logout and log back in? Reinstall the app? Tried it all, nothing works. The website is also basically an advertisement void of useful info. It's completely broken for me, and at this point has just wasted my time and money.
