I Created account in 2024 and forwarded XRPaynet to my wallet. After several updates and changes, I had to restore my wallet with my 24 word phrase only to show a $0.00 balance to my account with a load of hoops and changes to navigate through. My account is now 0.00.

made a deposit refreshed wallet to see update keep getting no user found. go to support send a message and it says missing parameters and wont let me message them either. check and it showed it was recieved. I log out log in account blank and I cant do nothing and contact no one

Volta is using a company called codegotech to get someone certified for access. So (1) Ask to upload a picture of drivers license or passport. I submit driverse license and next day im told has to be a passport. (2)I also upload a bank billing statement dated 1 week ago and am told the doc is too old. (3) For the passport the website asks for a PDF but they mean JPG. (4) then upload a utility billing statement and now they ask for the "image" so send pdf but now passport is bad scan.
