FRAUD OF THE FIRST ORDER They gave welcome promo cash 75 bucks. While trying to pay it was not working. So, I added funds to meet my cart amount. Still the option to pay with wallet is not available. That promo cash is gone. They have still held on to 300 of my added money which I'm not allowed to use. I contacted their customer care and all they have done is parrot the same template to my 6 emails each asking the question a little differently.

The quality of food and vegetables ordered from zepto is way below standard. When raised to the customer service desk, they are asking me to chop veggies and send them images. Also they are acting very cheap when they refunding for part items (such as 1 bun out of a pack of 2 buns). Really disappointed, would ask fellow consumers to order from other applications at least for fresh fruits, veggies and bread items.

While the speed is good. They sometimes don't give a bag and you have to put your hand in the delivery partner's bad which stinks so bad. All their competitors provide bags no matter what the size of the cart. Even if they don't provide bags, they hand the items to you. You don't have to put your hands in their bags. The delivery guys are also not trained well. One of the delivery guy insisted again and again at a delivery at night to use my washroom which I found very unsafe.
