I don't know if I can recommend this app, even though it works really well. The things that discourage me is that 1. It doesn't appear with my applications, which I normally associate with dodgy software. I had to look up the app on Play Store again and uninstall it from there. 2. It runs on my phone continuously, even when the app is closed. Enabling noise cancelling activates the sound boost instead, and when I make or receive a phone call, it also boosts the volume of my voice and the sounds around me.

This app offers a wider spectrum of frequency to base it's EQ on. With the Ear Booster hearing amplification application, you can calibrate your phone and effectively pinpoint even distant whispers ,when done correctly. Think of this app like the "PREDATOR" movie heat vision .Each iteration of frequency offers a different EQ to customize. You can use a Bluetooth headset and use the built in microphone physically located on the phone as your input location. This app is the best I've found yet

The Equalizer is nice I can up the 3,000 hurts and the 900 hurts to compensate for my loss of hearing at the higher frequencies. So far I've used it with a phone microphone and the television set. also used it during a phone call. I was using a headset and forgot to unplug the mic portion so I had a lot of oscillations. but with the phone ear speaker it seemed to help.
