App is useless, can't update billing address, when you do and close "my account" it reverts to the original. Can't change billing date it just says "oops something went wrong try again". I thought the app might help because of their terrible customer service but the app reflects how much they care about their customers, just as much as their customer service. I've been with them for 3 years now and all I can say is keep clear, rather pay a bit extra and get a ISP that tries to care about you.

Terrible service delivery. I am out of the country and have sent several tickets requesting cancellation of account. They dont reply& the only message you get is receipt of the ticket. Horrible customer service. They changed payment date from the 25th of every month to the 1st & charged me twice when the change occured, mind you i neither initiated nor requested the change. Stay very far away. I will just cancel the billing card they use and chuck their stuff in the trash, where it belongs

For the little that i use the app, it is quite ok. But just sad that i can't request a sim swap on the app (-1*) and that i can't change my debit order date (-1*) I've then requested a sim swop on the pc, automated message said that they will get in contact with me. After I've followed ip, still no answer. Would have been anothe -1*, but this is for service and not the app
