Why does tarif change takes 4 days to complete? Is it intentional that the network operator wants to double charge ? I had a Basic Tariff ending on 12 November. An hour before the end, I chose a new tariff plan. According to my previous experience, such a change came into effect in less than an hour. Yesterday, after the change request, I received an SMS saying that the new tariff plan would take effect on 15 Nov, while the current Basic tariff was renewed and charged. This is double charging!

This prepaid line will force you to hear a bot message every single time you make a call that "reminds you" to put money into your account. They conviniently sell the 10€ credits for plan that are worth 8€, and since the account balance is now under 2€ you will be forever forced to listen to these messages. Doesn't matter if the plan has limitless calls and sms like mine. Better off buying another prepaid company 100%.

This app is overloaded with lib-functions. I don't know why it isn't possible to code a slim app for such a simple purpose. Even if there is no webside for setting up contract details; you are forced to use this app. It is only suitable for powerful mobile phones.
