I just downloaded this app, today, and am already uninstalling it, because, twice, when I have had to temporarily switch between it and other apps I needed to use, simultaneously, it restarted itself, when I was still in the middle of typing my notes, and all my work was lost, which was so INFURIATING! 😡 Also, it does not automatically capitalize the letters at the beginning of sentences, like my phone normally does; so, I had to keep going back and fixing that, which was annoying. 😒

For use as a simple, basic character counter, probably the single worst thing about this app is startup time, which took about 5 seconds for me — not counting having to tap "+ New Note" in order to finally start typing or pasting text. This app does have convenient "copy" and "clear all" buttons — I only wish they were labeled — and it has dark mode (some text is black on black though when your input is empty or have 0 notes saved). It always displays a count of words, characters, and sentences.

This is a nice tool to have but unfortunately if you want a free version you have to pay for it, I'm just hoping that it's a once off payment for life and not a month to month payment. If that's the case, then my star ratings for this app will go down. I just pray that's it's once off and forever uses. I'm going to try out the payment, and then I'll update everyone, but the cap of two notes that's sad it requires many stars down. At least make it 100 or 50 notes a day before capping it.
