Ratings and reviews

I recall the app allowed paying through it. It actually required ID and credit card info upload for verification. A) by removing this feature you removed a great part of customer value. Obviously you want to drive people into your stores, but this is not a good way of doing it. B) since i am not able to use this feature anymore I request to immediately inform me about & remove any personal information I uploaded for that reason and is still stored in your systems. Expecting your prompt response.

All previous versions targetted all of the geographical area of Greece with added value and facilities provided. One could even participate from the confort of his own home without needing to visit an OPAP agent except for initial registration. We CYPRIOTS were not able to do all that BUT we could have our tickets scanned and checked for wins within the app. IN the new version, Not only was that not put straight for us cypriots but we are now NOT ALLOWED to even use the app. Excellent work. THX

Password validation fault in login. Although pass is successfully accepted by using the link sent if password is forgotten, it is impossible to login with the same password just being accepted! I tried pasting several random passwords from 8-20 chars but with no result (it is mentioned that 8-32 chars length is valid - no numbers/symbols requirements mentioned though) . I can recall contacting support about the same issue again in the past but I didn't get any proper feedback back then.
