Patients with disabilities who have difficulty in transportation to get health services will be picked up by the ERB which is a ball pick-up service. ERB also functions as a pre-hospital service in emergency conditions that is integrated with IGD services at RSUD DB through the 24-hour ERB call center service. This service is free.
