Ratings and reviews

Prices too high compared to shop prices and low attention to vendors that love being late. The customer service isn't even available when a customer experiences a delay or any other issue, and they're quite rude without showing enough attention to your issues. Overall I'd rather order elsewhere.

So I live out on Support Site and I keep getting a error when I get on the app about having a invalid address, and to focus the map on another point. I've tried fixing everything and checking if my location was on. Some help would be nice so I can use it. (Problem answed, thank you for the quick reply)

Absolutely trash costumer service. Twice did I have trouble contacting them for customer service after an unsuccessful delivery. Both times they were very unhelpful and very hard to get a hold of. Cheated me out of 96€ for food for a whole family. I urge people to get other services or food on their own.
