- Team Wink does not have the authority to conclude a loan contract, and the right to conclude a loan contract through credit screening, etc. belongs to the financial institution that is a direct seller of financial products.
- In relation to the use of this service, consumers may claim damages from financial institutions, which are direct sellers of financial products, and Team Wink, which is a financial product sales broker, pursuant to Articles 44 and 45 of the Financial Consumer Protection Act.
- Team Wink does not receive any financial compensation from consumers in connection with loan contracts or loan execution through this service, and does not receive loan interest or principal repayment on behalf of financial institutions.
- Personal information and credit information entered by consumers to use this service are held and managed by financial institutions that are direct sellers of financial products.
