1. The MyEG app is problematic as it fails to detect my NRIC when I click on 'Forgot Username.' 2. The username entry is not user-friendly, as it is case-sensitive and limited to 10 characters, causing inconvenience when entering a familiar username or even one's full name. Due to these limitations, I have ended up with two MyEG accounts using different email addresses and login credentials.

Tried to renew road tax and added service for physical road tax delivery. Payment deducted from bank but no official receipt from myeg. Tried to check delivery status but no record. JPJ side also no update for new road tax. What we should do??? I have paid and payment already deducted from bank but i get nothing?? At least you provide the official receipt?
