So it doesn't work too well but it definitely adds volume. I have airpod gen 2 and started hearing a crinkle sound 😭

It works perfectly! I'm pleased.but I'm still waiting for an app that can give me full control of the airpods e.g pairing, language settings.for the past few weeks I've had hard time learning a new language because my airPods are now in Chinese and i can't get them back to English
