Ratings and reviews

Public Group's apps, online webpages and even ATM, are always so outdated because of the in-house IT Department heads with limited knowledge and not willing to catch up with the pace of latest development. The IT Department heads have been the "Kings" in Public Group, and untouchable for too many years. They should be replaced with competitive contractors that carry strong offerings. Public Group definitely needs fresh blood in the IT Department.

UI are acceptable... but you cannot redeem your unit trust, atleast I have searched everywhere... so easy to find top up and purchase... but you cannot sell! very fishy for this act, is PB running out of cash soon?

how am i supposed to log in when the app asks me to update my account but when i go to the website to update, it keeps signing me out? When are you all gonna fix the website?
