I had rated this game at 4 to 41/2 stars until today. Two days ago, the game would start freezing, and stopping me from playing, just when I was about to win prizes. Nothing was done. Today, a new update was put on the game. During Dectective Heist, it wouldn't let me earn the ONE SET OF BADGES I NEEDED TO WIN TWICE. I had to lose 25 diamonds both times to save those games, had half the progress erased, and was forced to start over on the second set!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Fix it or lose me.

Fun and challenging game, love the artwork. Started out playing on an old Kindle Fire tablet, but after about a month, it became practically unplayable (slow, ads crashed every. single. time). I was blaming the game, but then I accidentally logged out before I was able to log in to Facebook (another tablet crashing issue). Thankfully, the folks at Wooga were very responsive and helpful, restored my game on a different device (phone), and now everything loads beautifully and fast! Thank you!

This game is really unstable. It crashed in the middle of a competions scene and I lost all the progress I had made and the money I had paid for various items to enable me to continue to play. The game is timed and I assume my timr is gone because the game will not reload and it's at least an hour later. It takes FOREVER to load and NOW crashes before it can reload. You all really need to do something about this if you want people to continue to play. Mine is NOT the only complaint about this
