Ratings and reviews

The Neon app's performance on the new Sky TV box is terrible. It's unresponsive at best, and becomes unusable unless you force quit the app and restart it. It's been like this for as long as we've had the new box, and it's frankly shocking that Sky hasn't fixed it yet, particularly when you consider that customers are paying a Sky subscription and a Neon subscription for this.

I used the app on a now unsupported Sony 2019 tv, the content is average i.e lots of filler and has TV programmes and movies that are on other services, video quality is lower than other services. Less audio options too. An overall waste of money. Only used it as part of 2 degrees package to watch game of thrones.

Ok Great Content BAD APP for weeks it has said "No network connection" when I tried to pause on a google TV device. Now when I fire up the app it just wont let me get past that error message. Seriously We pay for the content now do I have to hook my laptop up to the TV like a caveman using the website or stream from same site and hope it works? at moment is a zero instead of 1 star
