Can someone explain why a separate app is needed for the VACU credit card? This is the only institution that does this...it's inconvenient and nonsensical. I cannot log in with the same creditionals as the regular app. The frustration makes me want to close all my accounts. Get with the times people...you are so behind and you are embarrassing yourselves.

I've stopped using both apps, because neither do what I need them to do. The website on mobile is actually a better user experience now. It's a shame. The old/main app was sometimes slow to load, but worked great. This one seems to lack features, and in general is not good at all compared to the main app before the change. I'm crossing my fingers the main VACU app is rolled back to have the card management built in again.

After every "click" in the app, it prompts an error message stating that something is wrong on their end and to try back later. Not sure why the app needed to be brought about in the first place, making payments and keeping an eye on my cards has never been an issue before. It'd be nice if the app worked upon launching so that members could make payments (without having to go in to 2 other places in hopes it "takes").
