Ratings and reviews

Are you guys so poor that you cannot hire competitive software engineers to fix your app? I can't even log in because the app is stuck loading forever. Please do not advertise your app if it will only give your clients headaches instead of helping them. Fix your app or just delete it altogether instead. Don't just create an app just for the sake of being "modern" and whatnot. DO BETTER!

The app is useless since you still need to visit the branch if you reset your password. It's been ages since I've created the account and forgot the password. Why would they give an option in setting up the new password when it won't be approved anyway? They even provide temporary password as proof that it's actually you who tried to reset the password but to no avail.

It's good to have this app. However the forget password feature is non of use. We cannot change pass directly. Instead need to visit the nearest office. In addition...the land line is useless too. A lot of recorded chitchat that non of use. It added the call cost. Why not direct to the point instruction
