It's now Sept. 29, no improvement. The 2nd email verification still DOES NOT WORK. It's now August 16, same problem. The second validation via email address does not work. Can not access after more than 10 attempts. It always says "Something went wrong, try again later". Forever? We're better off with the old app. Hope Metrobank's IT restore back the OLD VERSION which was working PERFECTLY.

Functional. I can send money and pay bills, but needs better design. I just activated my new credit card but while I was trying to customize the dashboard to rearrange the widgets, I accidentally unchecked "Credit Cards" and now the option is gone, not just disabled. I can't see it anymore at all so I can't add it back. The "More Widgets" section is also blank.

Irritatingly slow! The previous app is better. Edit: this app just got worse. I got locked out a couple of times or more, recovery access was not working, saying "oops something went wrong". I was only able to fix the issue after 24 hrs. So I edited my review, and from 2 stars, I gave it a one-star rating. Online banking is meant to make transactions easier for customers, but this app just did the opposite.
