The app often crashes or freezes, disrupting the user experience. Ticket booking features are unreliable and prone to errors.

The Pakistan Railways app disappoints with frequent bugs and missing features. Upon opening, users are met with an error message, making it unreliable from the start. Essential features like a clear train schedule, lacking a 24-hour format, and omission of day/night indicators, leave users frustrated and unable to plan effectively. It was a very convenient app and made rail bookings very easy and completely online. It showed the trains for your route in a very concise and easy to read manner. Ever since my phone upgraded to Android 12, the app deleted itself, and now I can't install it back. Please make it compatible for new phones, otherwise you might be losing millions in revenew from the younger generation who make bookings purely through apps.
