Ponydroid is a download manager specially designed to optimize and automate the downloads.

Install Ponydroid on your smartphone or tablet and enjoy the comfortable features when it comes to downloading files.

It is available in English, Spanish, Japanese. Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Simplified and Tradicional Chinese, Russian, Polish, Romanian and Korean.

The application is in charge of everything, it accesses the web where the file is hosted, it waits the required time and starts downloading them one by one.

Ratings and reviews

It's outdated technology and simply doesn't work like it is intended. I ran it through multiple scenarios, even some layups, and I couldn't get to complete a single download. Most of the time it wouldn't even detect links, and when it does, the interface is clunky. Don't bother with this.

A dark theme is needed cuz the white interface is just too bright for using during night time. Edit: Just updated and all the incomplete downloads are gone. Download history is empty as well. Edit2: Some Mega downloads can't be resumed at close to 100%. An error comes up"unable to divide by zero or something". DLC support is mentioned but I can't see any option to use it. This app is no longer as useful due to no update for over a year.

Doesn't work well with Samsung phones. I used with Samsung and a couple other brands; the other brands add links without issue, the Samsung takes forever to add links or crashes. When opening the app with files already there it also tales forever. With other brands: no issue. I guess it must have something to do with some Samsung (One Ui? Knox?) policy but it would be great if you could find a solution.
