The app needs improvements. The validation of the account, after you do all the steps, is not 24-72 hours(maybe if you are lucky, so it's not a standard), my account after over 7 days it is still not activated... The app should have an automatic verification process. It is not that hard.

Pointless app. Someone has to check your photo and it takes betweeen 24 and 72 hours. What is the point of this useless app then? The idea was to have faster access online but it is faster to just go to the institution and get the document and it is faster than this mess. Only in Romania can happen.

More than a week since I submitted my personal details and the application is still in pending status, even though it states that maximum waiting time is 72 hours. Also submitted 2 feedback tickets through the in-app form with no response yet. UPDATE: Account got activated today
