Ratings and reviews

Among a host of random problems, this morning it suddenly kept logging the session out every few minutes, despite me having set the system to last the maximum of 2 hours before auto-logout and it usually working correctly in this aspect. Several attempts to reset it to 2 hours failed to change this nonsense, so had to re-login every few minutes. Terrible.

The new app was below my expectation for a few reasons: 1) It did not capture other trading portfolios like the desktop version, I had expected this since I trade them thru' POEMS. The older app had them so I continue to use the old app. Although now I can do cash transfer, etc. 2) No significant charting improvement 3) Navigation on quote information is not as intuitive. I get better stock analysis on the old app than this version. I will continue to use the old app!

I like the new Poems SG 2.0 mobile app as it has a user friendly interface and users able to customize display settings. The force key feature has also been included where I remembered it wasn't available in previous versions. Would highly recommend anyone to give it a try for a smooth trading experience even for new traders.
