After logging off you still continue to get alerts. Call lights that have been silenced by the company for pendant failure (broken button or lost pendant) alarm on the app every 5 minutes, thus becoming an annoying phantom call light. This causes alarm fatigue and should really be fixed. The app crashes frequently making resetting pendants difficult. Overall worst call light answering system ever. I would give 0 stars if possible.

It is very easy to use. I just wish it had a different sound when alarms are activated because when one is, they all are! Some co-workers have their picture under their profile. How do you upload a picture to your account? And speaking of pictures, I absolutely wish the residents picture would show next to the room number so I could associate my residents' room number to their faces. That would be a hell of a lot easier for me to learn, who's where.

When someone accepts a call light, no one else can answer it. You should make it so that we can acknowledge that we've seen it, but someone else can clear it if need be. We have a problem with the previous shift accepting lights and then leaving without clearing them. Then, we have to spend time calling them to try to get them to decline. Meanwhile, the resident can't use their call light.
