Love Clean Streets enables you to report environmental issues, such as fly-tipping, dog mess or potholes, quickly and directly to your local authority in a four step process, for free.

1) See a problem
2) Open the Love Clean Streets app
3) Take a picture, your location is automatically detected and displays the authorities colours if they’re in the Love Clean Streets Family
4) Enter some basic information and post the report – in seconds!

Your report is then sent directly to the relevant authority to deal with. You will be kept informed of the progress of your report via the app and email.

The Love Clean Streets family incorporates the following local authorities and their previous apps but you can use Love Clean Streets to report anywhere else too:

Easy to use app however, it's as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to Lancashire County Council. They do not read your description so in effect, it's pointless here in Lancashire.

Easy to use. Unfortunately I live in an area with quite bit of fly tipping and graffiti etc and so far any of my reports have been dealt with swiftly

Very easy to use this app, including adding a photo. Intuitive. Problems are usually dealt with quite quickly.
