This app always has some problems. And no contact point in case of problems. Please share a contact. The phone in info auto answers "today is not a working day bla bla..".. After your reply I sent an email regarding issue. Still same 😞

Total lack of professionalism. I was supposed to receive a swift transfer for my services. The bank asked me to physically bring my contract and only after convincing them that it is a 21st century they agreed to accept my contract via email. Then the bank contacted me and asked for the official letter from the emmiter (total nonsense). After a week I contacted them again and they told me to come to their office to approve the transfer only to know that they declined the transfer.

If you have much time to waste this app is for you.) Online credit takes 2 days to do application and after getting credit to use it, online humo virtual card should be opened. Okey. To open this account you should have 6 and more days (I don't know exact days ) to waste
