Ratings and reviews

The teachers are really good, but there are some issues like the course which I have purchased I have to locate it, it should be a little more convenient to access my practice material, lectures and tests. Also, most of the time the app doesn't open on Wi-Fi, I have to switch to Mobile Data to open the app. And this is a serious issue because if I'm not able to open the app, how would I use it? Fix it and I will rate it 5 stars.

The app is well designed but recently I am facing an issue. For any batch in the subject section the percentage of each subject completed is not showing. Also, even though the lectures are marked as complete, they are not getting counted as completed lectures. Same issue for the DPP's. Please try to fix this problem as soon as possible or suggest any remedial methods.

Facing many technical glitches, firstly I was not able to access the lectures and notes ,even the percentage progress of lectures disappeared , when I deleted and reinstalled it, I'm now not able to login back ,it is just showing too many requests, not even able to login on the web . How do I contact the support team now ? please help .
