If it was possible I'd rate the app 0 stars, I wonder who created the app. It doesn't work at all, all it know is to say "Oops"😬.Sends the OTP's but never prompts me to enter any OTP, Refer us to the below links that don't even show.It's frustrating as hell. Bunch of useless security features that doesn't even work 💔 All in all, this eZaga app is just useless 🤞🏾not just as a app but as a whole organisation.

This app has given me so many problems. I haven't been able to log on to the app because it keeps telling me to authenticate the device but the facial recognition doesn't work and there's no link for me to authenticate the device manually. I have not received help on how to fix this issue

It still disappoints as usual, not stable, not being able to log in or verify... why verifying with the face instead of SMS. There's bugs all over. The app randomly shut or just a white screen
