New app sucks. Can't get into my account, and I can't get help via the phone. Finally got them to respond via email just to say to call in if I need help which is not working. I mean did they even test the new app before switching over. The old app never updated. It just kept having saying there was an error. So I installed the new app but the old app remained until I manually removed. Upgrades shouldn't do this. But now, I don't have any problems with the new app.

Great except for 2 issues. It saves the ID and ignores when you uncheck the box to not save it. When a mobile deposit fails, you don't know why. Update: the 2 issues above seem to have been resolved. Great app.

The app is adequate -- when it works. Unfortunately I'm only able to log in a few times before my entire online account is locked and I have to call customer support to have it unlocked. It defeats the purpose of mobile banking if I have to interact with someone nearly every time I need to access my account.
