Ratings and reviews

The times aren't as accurate as they need to be. So I just watch it come from the station to determine when I need to leave. The drivers are really nice most of the time but it's kind of annoying that the app is always not working or saying that it's been shut down whenever a bug is shown. I wish they would work on keeping the buses separate. Sometimes the app shows the right bus on the wrong schedule so you assume that's the right one, then you go back to the other schedule and it's gone.

This app is horrible. The previous version worked just fine and at least was somewhat accurate. This new bus app shows the bus clear across town but tells you it will be at the stop your at in 2 minustes.... Complete Trash. Now the bus riders of Munci Indiana have to just stand out in the elements waiting for the bus with absolutely no idea where it actually is and when it will actually be at there stop. I hope the city of muncie saved a bunch of money coming up with this Trash App substitute.

Unreliable schedule, drivers prone to skipping students, stop arrivals constantly changing in time, the only reason I'm not deleting this app is because it's the only bus that commutes to the local grocery store.
