for what i use the app for, it helps a bunch. it's useful for tracking what you eat and when, and doesn't work like a calorie counter which just gives me anxiety. and the fact that it's completely free and has zero ads is a miracle! and if you know you have a disorder but don't know which, then it gives you a (non professional) test and (non professional) "diagnosis". i do recommend using this app along with other ways to support yourself, and together recovery seems much easier.

Wow! I usually never do ratings, but this app deserves all the stars! I was having a moment of anxiety and I forgot I even downloaded this app, it was on my home screen and honestly didn't know what it did, so I clicked on it and just went with the prompts, and again, wow. It helped me so much, the music especially helped, I feel calmer, I loved the additional chatting option, recording my thoughts, the colors and edges are soft, perfect for the calming affect. Officially my new favorite app. ❤️

I appreciate the ACT perspective in the app (I use ACT at work) because I resonate with it. Lovely setup, lovely support and guidance, simple to use. The reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because the links for resources, education, and so forth aren't opening. Not sure if it's a temporary thing or they just don't work. It's very unfortunate because these links would otherwise contain essential information!
