Ratings and reviews

The app itself is not bad, but how you have to specifically locate your fuel vouchers on order to use then is plain rudimentary. We should be able to just flash the Flybuys card and get the discount automatically like Woolworths, but this requires extra unnecessary steps to avail. I sometimes fuel at Shell due to the extra 4c from my Linkt account, which doubles the value, but hopefully the process gets easier.

The catalogue for Coles specials in the FlyBuys app will not open after numerous emails and phone calls it is not resolved. Last email I was told to contact Coles customer care I did that and they said it's nothing to do with us it's FlyBuys issue . Which of course is correct. it is your issue . Having said all that. I was once very happy with the FlyBuys app.

I haven't recieved any offers in months, and have been checking to ensure I have the lastest app via the google play store. Even with the most recent update and refreshing the app, still no new offers -as opposed to Woolworths rewards which have been notifying me continuously of offers and points boosters. Unsure if this is a bug or whether this us wasting real estate on my phone
