ADD CAREGIVERS: We know that new parents already have their hands full. And since it takes a village to raise a child, our caregiver functionality provides you with just that - a virtual village. Add a caregiver and control the level of access.

DARK MODE: Dark mode reduces the brightness level on your phone, and it’s a game changer for minimizing light disruptions at night, especially when you want to check on them at 3am in the morning.

BUILT-IN SOUND MACHINE: Curated white, pink and brown noise tracks to calm a fussy baby. Option to create your own soundtrack.

BABY SAFE VOLUME: Smart mode stops sound when the baby has fallen asleep. Sound volume is capped to 60dB to be safe for your baby.

STREAM MUSIC OVER SPOTIFY TO THE CRIB: This feature allows you to turn your cradle into a speaker by enabling you to pair your crib with the Spotify app. You can curate a Spotify playlist for your little one and can play your favorite pop songs, lullabies, nursery rhymes, soothing sounds, or whatever they’re into, from wherever you happen to be.

Overall happy with how the crib functions and I believe our baby (and parents) is benefiting from more sleep. However, the App does have connection issues about 30% of time. Spotify streaming doesn't work at all. Usually pretty good at letting us know when baby is awake though sometimes there is a short delay, but nothing major in my experience. Before most recent firmware update (4/25/24) gestures and after sleep audio worked. Now those have stopped and the recommendations to fix didn't work

This is by far one of the absolute worst apps I've ever used. The app frequently disconnects from the crib. When you try to subtle reconnect to the crib while your child is sleeping, the status light flashes for a long time while it's connecting, waking your child up. The camera doesn't even show the whole crib. If your child sleeps with their head at a certain spot, you can't see their head. The "smart" thermometer is overheated by the other electronic in the housing unit so it's ALWAYS wrong

Update: they did an update and now the white noise is insanely loud, even on the quietest setting. This was our favorite feature as it was a soft white noise before that would calm our baby back to sleep. Please change it back! This doesn't accurately track when the baby is in and out of the bed. Without reliable smart features, this is basically an overpriced basic crib.
