I use this only because the previous dance coach used it and the songs the girls had choreography to were in the app. I had a scheduling conflict and missed a pep rally. It was a disaster as I couldn't get the music to anyone to play for them because there is literally no way to play these mixes outside of the app. On top of that, the app is super buggy and crashes all the time. Literally not worth the time and hassle.

I'm sorry you missed your pep rally. In the future you could've given your login and password to someone else to use the app account.
Also there is a set of instructions with your code from Varsity email showing you how to download the music to a computer. There's also a direct email link right in the app for tech-support for same day support.

UCA used this for our camp material, for music it works fine, but it I purchased the music before we went to camp and downloaded it. It worked fine, then UCA gave us the code for the camp material, and the app would not let me download it because it said I already had the album. So I couldn't download the videos. It took frequent emails with Clementune to get it fixed so it would finally work. UPDATE: I have my material, but the app freezes constantly, unless on high speed Internet.

Your version of the app would show videos if you have a camp assigned code that included vids. Some camps do not get vids, but your Varsity contact would be able to help you with that. If you bought a code from the Varsity store, you dont have vid access as a Varsity rule.

it is a great app, but the fact you can ONLY use the music in this app is a MAJOR issue. I am not always there when the team needs to perform, to have to purchase the music AGAIN makes it such an expensive way to do this. and you can only buy the album at that! seems like another way to get money on an already very expensive experience. just wish we could use the music outside of the app.

Hi Syndi, Glad you are enjoying the app. You can also download the music from your camp to a computer and move it around that way.
The instructions are also in the email you received from Varsity.
