It's a bit awkward to get connected to the camera and started, but once that is accomplished it works OK. However, the big problem is that about 90% of the time it will NOT connect to the camera. . . . Altogether, not reliable. UPDATE 9/2023: It seems like many of the issues I previously experienced have been resolved. It now seems to connect quite reliably. I updated my review from 2 to 4 stars to reflect these improvements.

Seemed to be working well on my Moto G6 for about the first 5 minutes. I followed the instructions and did the camera firmware update first. I was initially able to connect right away using Wi-Fi, take photos and videos, and plays things back just fine. However the app eventually crashed and now it just crashes everytime I try to reconnect to the camera.

Use the app only after first setting up camera on my helmet, to check field of view, and that's all. It keeps crashing so I uninstall it and to view any further recordings I put my SD card in my pc media player. The camera's best quality is that they are discreet and fit nicely on your helmet. I would class Drift as entry level cameras, ok when working and they do fail. I know personally. So when my latest XL fails I will look elsewhere for a replacement.
